The Rotary Club of Thika was chartered in 2003 and lives to the true spirit of Service Above Self. We remain one of the most dymanic clubs in East Africa. We hold our weekly meetings at the Thika Sports Club every Friday starting at 7 p.m.

FROM THE PRESIDENT
It gives me pleasure to Welcome you to the Rotary Club of Thika.
As the new President for the Club, I feel humbled to lead such a dynamic team.
The Rotary Club of Thika is both unique and committed to the ideals and vision of Rotary International.
Thika town has for the last 60 years remained known for hosting schools of physically and visually handicapped. We will continue to play our part in helping the community by making a difference.
I take helm at a challenging moment. The global economy is at its worst but our passion to make things better have neither been dented nor exhausted. Our Rotary Club is in a unique setting. We are surrounded by poor dry villages with no access to water, healthcare and which have suffered as a result of global drop in coffee and tea prices. This has pushed children into the streets and also increased insecurity.
At the Rotary Club of Thika we are committed to play our part to make a difference in the community. The Future is in our Hands
